To keep your first import from becoming a source of stress, we clearly separate what we do from what remains your responsibility.
Customs area and commercial documents
What we do: We analyze the commercial invoice and packing list before shipment. We check data logic, correct drafting errors and provide preliminary HS code guidance.
What remains your responsibility: You remain the official importer before the law. You need a valid EORI, real purchase values and certificates or special authorizations where the goods require them.
Supplier relationship and warehouse control
What we do: We contact the China factory, validate pickup address, preparation dates, gross weight and carton volume.
What remains your responsibility: We check the outside integrity of packaging. We are not a quality inspection agency and we do not open boxes to test products.
Transit time and route predictability
What we do: We reserve cargo space, optimize the available route and monitor the AWB until arrival at Otopeni airport.
What remains your responsibility: Timelines are estimates. Weather, strikes, security checks and seasonal congestion can change the ETA.
Local road transport and RO e-Transport
What we do: After customs release, we send vehicle data: plate number, driver, route and delivery date.
What remains your responsibility: The UIT code is generated by your company or accountant in ANAF SPV. We do not have legal access to the client SPV.

We cannot control the final decision of the Romanian Customs Authority. We can prepare the file correctly, refuse undervaluation and request early the documents that reduce blocking risk.
