Why we still use Incoterms 2020 in 2026
Incoterms are commercial rules published by the International Chamber of Commerce. The current version is Incoterms 2020. The rules are updated periodically, usually about every 10 years. They define who pays transport, who carries risk and where responsibility is transferred.
EXW
The supplier places goods at the factory door. Risk is high for the importer because local China costs may appear. We can take logistics control from the factory.
FOB / FCA
Usually healthier for B2B. The supplier brings goods to an agreed point. Our responsibility starts after reception and scan in our hub.
CIF / CIP
It may look convenient, but local destination charges can appear. Terminal and handling costs in Romania cannot be cancelled if they come from the supplier chosen structure.
DDP
Be careful with grey customs flows through other countries. For a clean import, customs documents should be issued under your company name. Duties are paid transparently to the state by the client.
Transport Aerian Cargo
Air freight standard sau prioritizat, in functie de termen si buget.
Ce include
- Analizam greutatea reala, volumul si ruta potrivita.
- Estimam costul pe greutatea taxabila.
- Alegem optiunea potrivita pentru marfa urgenta.
Limita de siguranta Pretul final depinde de greutatea taxabila. Se compara greutatea de pe cantar cu greutatea volumetrica. Se foloseste valoarea mai mare.
Preluare, Consolidare si Furnizori
Preluam controlul logistic inainte ca marfa sa plece din China.
Ce include
- Contactam furnizorul pentru adresa, greutate, volum si termen.
- Cerem factura, packing list si poze cu ambalajele.
- Putem consolida marfa compatibila pentru costuri mai bune.
Limita de siguranta Verificam exteriorul coletelor si datele logistice. Nu facem inspectie de calitate. Nu desigilam cutiile si nu testam produsele.
Consultanta Incoterms 2020
Te ajutam sa intelegi unde incepe riscul tau si unde incepe transportul nostru.
Ce include
- Explicam EXW, FOB, FCA, CIF, CIP si DDP pe intelesul tau.
- Verificam daca oferta furnizorului ascunde costuri locale.
- Iti spunem ce conditie comerciala este mai sanatoasa pentru import.
Limita de siguranta Nu putem schimba contractul dintre tine si furnizor. Putem doar explica riscurile inainte sa platesti marfa.
Brokeraj si Asistenta in Vamuire
Pregatim importul legal, cu documente clare si valori reale.
Ce include
- Verificam factura comerciala si packing list-ul.
- Semnalam lipsuri pentru EORI, coduri HS si acte speciale.
- Refuzam subevaluarile si descrierile false ale marfii.
Limita de siguranta Decizia finala de control apartine Autoritatii Vamale. Cargo China nu poate anula controale, taxe legale sau cerinte ale autoritatilor.
Suport RO e-Transport
Dupa eliberarea din vama, iti trimitem datele masinii pentru codul UIT.
Ce include
- Trimitem numarul masinii, soferul, traseul si data livrarii.
- Comunicam rapid datele pe email sau WhatsApp.
- Te ajutam sa nu plece marfa fara informatiile necesare.
Limita de siguranta Generarea codului UIT in SPV ANAF este obligatia clientului sau a contabilului. Lipsa codului poate atrage amenzi rutiere severe.
Depozitare Temporara si Distributie Locala
Dupa vamuire, organizam predarea sau livrarea catre depozitul tau.
Ce include
- Programam ridicarea sau livrarea dupa eliberarea marfii.
- Verificam coletele la predare si documentele de transport.
- Putem livra local contra cost, in functie de volum si ruta.
Limita de siguranta Livrarea locala se confirma separat. Depinde de volum, adresa, program si disponibilitatea masinii.
